The watch must be unused, in its original condition, with the original box, tags, accessories, and purchase invoice.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for watches that have been worn, damaged, resized, or altered.

If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace, or exchange it according to the warranty terms.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed after inspection.
